Koda

My best friend for 12 of his 14 years. He loved the water, chasing squirrels and leaves, going for rides and going on walks. He was the “greeter” at the parks when dogs would arrive and would play until he was worn out then come over to me and let me know it’s time to go home. He was a lover boy and always wanted his belly rubbed and would raise his front leg to make sure you could get to all of his belly. He was there for my parents while they battled cancer while he battled his own liver cancer. He was a protector, explorer and lover. He was picky about his food and was not a morning dog unless truck rides or going to the park or lake were involved. He stayed strong for me during the passing of my parents even though he hurt inside as well and helped me heal. He was by my side for so many good times and apart of many memorable events. His speed and strength were amazing and his heart was full of love for everyone he met. He was and will always be family and my friend. Love you Koda
